The staff was efficient, pleasant, and generally well-trained. Many of the staff are foreign students at the property for the summer to enhance their English language skills, so sometimes there was a language barrier.
For the first few days, there was lukewarm water in the shower and bathtub. It took well over 24 hours for the staff to check the issue and finally resolve it. At times, the hot water side of the shower and bath would turn to very cold water without warning, then back to lukewarm water.
The food in the main restaurant was very good, as was the service. The food at the adult pool was marginal at best.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice property. It just needs a few tweaks by management.

The room was nice, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the location. It was right in the middle of several cute shops and within about a mile of the beach, making it easy to walk around and explore the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

"Horrible experience. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. This facility should be closed for dirtiness and infestation. First time I found a bed bug in a Hotel room. Dirty everywhere, from the lobby, elevators. The rooms even worse. We paid for 3 days but left after one night. We were horrified. ..."
